After a very long day of installing they helped me move a few pieces of furniture back in the living room - they even moved our very large Christmas tree back in and adjusted it to make sure they had it facing the right way! At a time when it seems that "service" is becoming a foreign concept, these two seemed pleased to offer it; they would not even take a tip. From the first time I walked into the store to the completion of the final project your salesman had a smile on his face. He was outgoing, thorough and professional. Most projects have a some complications. Mine did have a few minor ones but they were handled efficiently and without complaint. The excellent abilities of your employees are a huge reflection of your business' reputation. Aaron is to be commended. There was one tile that we felt stuck up a bit and he redid it….and I know there was way more prep work than I think he expected…..really excellent care. Please make sure to let Jeff know just how great he was….he cleaned EVERYTHING and just really couldn’t have asked for more….. Really, the tile is perfect….
